Megan McNair Mascarello has spent more than fifteen years where marketing, business development and organizational change meet. She started in newsrooms, learned audiences and accountability in media sales, led North American marketing and business development for an enterprise SaaS company, and has run M² Solutions in Houston alongside and since.

Her career began in media advertising, working with brands such as Univision Communications, Radio One, Katz Media Group and CBS News. She later moved into enterprise SaaS at Tivian, where she led North American marketing and business development, partnered with Fortune 500 organizations on culture transformation, and led the solutions that won HR Tech Awards in 2021 and 2022.

She founded M² Solutions to merge strategic discipline, operational precision and storytelling into one boutique practice. The M² Operating Framework came out of that work: structured workflow, data validation, creative synthesis and empathetic communication, so that every client experience is defined by accuracy, clarity and humanity.

Beyond the Work

Houston born. New Orleans rooted.

Megan is a Houston native with family roots in New Orleans and a graduate of Howard University, where she earned a BA in Broadcast Journalism. That training still shows: she holds language to a high standard, and every claim in her work has a source.

Her philosophy is shaped by truth-seeking, disciplined storytelling and empathy-led leadership. She believes excellence is not pressure but rhythm, and she builds systems that support the people behind the work as well as the work itself.
