Home/How We Work
A written plan before the work. The work before the public sees it.
Every engagement runs through the M² Operating Framework, a fixed rhythm from first conversation to final delivery. Three steps, and you approve each one before the next begins.
Discovery
A conversation about what is happening in your business and what you want to change. We decide together whether we are the right partner and what the first piece of work is, then put the scope in writing.
Blueprint
We read the situation, draw the insight from it and write the strategy: objectives, deliverables, timeline, the measures that will judge the work, and what we are deliberately not doing. You approve it before anything is built.
Build, Verify, Deliver
The work moves through creation, quality control and verification before it reaches you. Every figure carries its source. Then we measure, report in plain language and refine.
Rhythm Over Noise
The world does not need more noise. It needs more rhythm. We pair rigorous analysis with creative intuition, operational discipline with human empathy, and artful communication with verifiable, data-driven truth.
In practice that means a written scope, a plan you approve, and work that is checked before you see it. Partnership rather than pressure.
“Precision and calm are the new productivity.”
Megan McNair Mascarello, Founder
Agree on What Progress Looks Like
Success is defined at the start, in numbers where numbers exist and in plain language where they do not. Marketing spend is stated at net and at gross. Year-over-year is never blended with a single month.
Progress can look like a plan the team is carrying out, a brand voice everyone is writing in, a monthly report that takes ten minutes to read, or a vendor roster that finally answers to one person.
What a Recommendation From M² Looks Like
Every option we put in front of you carries eight things: what it is, what it costs, where it sits in the customer's journey, what it depends on, how it will be measured, what it opens up, how long before it pays back, and what could go wrong.
If one of the eight is missing, it is not a recommendation yet.
What We Need From You
An owner on your side who can decide. Decisions on a calendar, not when there is time. Access to the numbers.
And patience measured in months, because the work that lasts takes longer than a quarter.
